This project was a renovation and 2,700 square foot expansion of a 1927 Tudor home in Harrison. In order to source authentic materials, we quarried all the stone veneer on site. We salvaged the slate roof materials from a soon-to-be-torn down house in Scarsdale and we milled trusses from old growth oak trees that fell during Hurricane Sandy.
The windows and doors are Crittall steel windows with insulated leaded glass. We custom made all cerused oak paneling, arches, and millwork.
