This carefully proportioned house sits on a beautiful level acre in the center of the Murray Hill section of Scarsdale. The quarter round zinc gutters, travertine steps and custom ironwork create a unique appearance.
The rear elevation features a logia with a fireplace, groin vault ceiling and automatic screens that blend the inside spaces with the rear garden. Adjacent to the pool, we built a new cabana with a slate roof and details to match the main house.
The stop-chamfer corners at the walls mimic plaster details found in older homes throughout Europe. All the windows are solid mahogany and tilt-turn at the second floor.
