We completed this 10,000 foot new house in 2015. It is filled with classic Tudor details: clustered chimneys, leaded glass windows, oak paneling, slate roof, stone and brick, etc. But it also has the elements of a 21st century house: geothermal heat, 10’ ceilings, radiant heat throughout, and foam insulation. The house is LEED certified.
